Drybrook RFC invites all members, supporters, and volunteers to attend the club’s Annual General Meeting. This important yearly gathering is an opportunity to review the past season, discuss key updates, and help shape the future direction of the club.

While everyone is welcome, please note that only adult playing and full members are eligible to vote on matters arising.

The AGM will cover essential club business including reports from the Chair and Treasurer, proposed updates to the Articles of Association and Club Rules, election of Directors, appointment of accountants, and life membership nominations.

Members wishing to stand for elected Director roles—Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary, or other Director positions—should submit written nominations to the Club Secretary, including a nominator and seconder, at least 7 days prior to the meeting.
